HYROX SIMULATION (Saturday 7th March)

Join us for one our amazing HYROX Simulation days! We do things a little differently, to make this inclusive for everyone we have set three levels of intensity. GOLD is the distance and weights of a HYROX event. Silver is about 50% less work but makes for a fast and fun race. BRONZE takes the running away so you power walk in between exercise stations.
